Real Customer Reviews
Carry a coordinated logo, message, or celebration detail through daytime food service with custom paper luncheon napkins. The premium paper format gives guests more meal coverage than a compact beverage napkin without taking on the footprint of a full dinner napkin. Soft, absorbent paper makes it a practical choice for lunches, buffets, showers, seminars, cocktail gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, and holiday service.
This format uses 2-ply paper and offers Standard, Coined, or Patterned styling. Choose monochrome printing for a restrained mark or full-color digital printing for more detailed artwork, then set a square or diagonal orientation. Designs may appear on the front alone or on both sides with matching or different treatments. Multiple stock colors can share one order, and a digital proof provides a checkpoint before production.
Product Highlights
- Cover midday meal service: The 6.5 x 6.5-inch folded luncheon size works beside plated lunches, buffet dishes, and substantial snacks.
- Use a soft, absorbent paper format: Premium 2-ply paper handles luncheon service while keeping place settings easy to coordinate.
- Choose among three finishes: Standard, Coined, and Patterned styles provide different edge and surface treatments for the table.
- Reproduce restrained or detailed artwork: Monochrome printing suits simple marks, while full-color digital printing supports more complex graphics.
- Set orientation and print sides: Select square or diagonal placement with front-only, same-design two-sided, or different-design two-sided printing.
- Build a multi-color service plan: Separate swatch quantities make it possible to combine stock napkin colors in one purchase.
- Check the luncheon artwork: A digital proof supplies a review step before the custom napkins enter production.
Suits For
- Wedding luncheons and rehearsal meals: A monogram, date, or event graphic can tie daytime dining to the larger celebration.
- Corporate lunches and seminars: Business logos can appear consistently at buffet lines, dining tables, and refreshment areas.
- Showers and milestone celebrations: Names, themes, and coordinated colors suit baby showers, birthdays, and anniversaries.
- Holiday buffets and family meals: Seasonal color and artwork can unify casual food stations and seated lunch tables.
- Cocktail socials with food service: The luncheon format supports appetizers and heavier bites when a beverage napkin is too compact.
